We are focussing on Transactional Writing this term with our theme being unsolved mysteries. Have a look at some of these videos and see what you think.
We will know we have acheived success in our writing when we have used: Edna DaVinci's rules for Static Images:
Use blank paper only
Include a boarder (real or blank)
Make sure your writing does not touch the boarder
Draw a faint line down the centre of your page so you can centre your words
Plan your layout so it fits your page
Plan your choice of colours, don't use too many
Stick to simple colours for your lettering ( don't do each letter a new colour)
Keep your words case sensitive (don't randomly mix capital and small letters)
